Weston Turns 50!!

Happy 50^th anniversary to Weston! We are very pleased to have been providing homes to industrial real estate companies for over half a century! Founded by Anthony Asher in Cleveland back in 1972, the business began with the purchase of a single, very run-down building on W. 3^rd and St. Clair that was torn down and turned into a parking lot. Shortly thereafter, the city announced plans to build the Justice Center right across the street.  He knew he was onto something.  From there, we continued purchasing old and outdated buildings and turning them into income producing properties, many of which are still in the portfolio today. We remember our humble beginnings as we reflect on the past and look to the future. One thing that has not changed over the years is Weston’s attention to customer service.  We strive to be the best landlord in town and providing great customer service is at the heart of everything we do.  Our primary focus is something we call “50/90/BLT” – 50 million SF, 90% occupied and Best Landlord in Town.  It makes us proud to say that we are serve over 800 customers in the Midwest and Southeast regions. With their trust we have been able to sustain our 50-year history, and we look forward to serving them and others both now and in our future.
