Madison Industrial Park
Currently under construction, Weston is developing a speculative industrial complex at the corner of Berea and Madison Roads in Cleveland, OH. Phase One is a 168,000 SF building with a scheduled completion date of October 2019. Our scope of services include land acquisition, development, design/build, and tenant improvements.
ABB Facility, Highland Hills
Weston has developed a brand new, state of the art, 135,000 SF build to suit in Highland Hills, OH as a home to ABB and their 400 employees. The project included identifying the appropriate site and location for ABB to locate its new facility to, negotiating the lease, purchasing the 16 acres of land located at the corner of Harvard and Green in Highland Hills, assisting with negotiating a complete incentive package from all of the participating municipalities; designing, permitting, financing, and constructing the 135,000 square foot facility that needed to be completed within a very tight timeframe.
THE STANDARD, Cleveland
Weston is converting the 91 year old 21 floor office building into 281 apartments that will make a positive impact on the City of Cleveland. It’s a historic renovation with gorgeous apartments ranging from 600 to 1,100 square feet. At a gig of power, the building will feature the fastest internet service in Cleveland. Preleasing will begin in the spring of 2017.
Masthead Brewing Company, Cleveland
Weston Inc. has secured a deal with Masthead Brewing Company to move into a 16,000 square foot space in downtown Cleveland. This local brewery is scheduled to open its doors in 4th quarter, 2016, at 1261 Superior Ave. Plans are set to transform the place entirely, from the former county title building to a bar/restaurant. Work is set to begin as early as June of 2016.
Boss Pro Karting, Cleveland
Weston saw value in the dilapidated facility located at 18301 Brookpark Road near the airport. Purchased in April, 2015, Weston tore down and rebuilt the facility into a brand new state of the art 36,000 SF indoor racing facility for Boss Pro-Karting. Weston was the developer and the construction manager of the $3.5 million project.

Weston Development Co. provides real estate advisory services to CMSD including space utilization studies, facilities assessments, operating cost-savings initiatives, lease negotiations, and optimizing existing assets. Weston works closely with the CMSD’s leadership, measuring strategic plans and giving sound advice to cope with volatile market conditions.
The Residences at Carronade Phase II
Weston has completed the 108-unit Phase II of the immensely successful Residences at Carronade. This new phase brought the community to 248 units in eleven buildings. Architectural design was once again provided by North Coast Architects, and construction was performed by Weston. The property has been sold with favorable returns to Weston and its partners.
The Residences at Carronade Phase I
The Residences at Carronade will feature 248 units of upscale housing which will be completed in two phases. The first, which was ready in April 2011, consists of 140 units in a picturesque, park-like setting with a clubhouse that has a salt water pool and fountain, a state of the art fitness center and a Wi-Fi cafe. It is located in Perrysburg, Ohio, a place Family Circle magazine recently named one of the best places in the country to raise a family. The property has been sold with favorable returns to Weston and its partners.
Weston Distribution Center
This state of the art facility is 400,000 SF with 24 docks and 30’ ceilings which is prized by distributors. The large warehouse was left empty in late 2005 following the closing and Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing of the former tenant that was on a build-to-lease basis. At its purchase by Weston, the building was completely vacant. With its multi-tenant conversion and the office build-out that was performed by Weston Development, the property was stabilized with nationally-recognized tenants soon after its purchase.
Fresenius Medical Care
Weston purchased a 3 acre site of land for a build to suit for Fresenius Medical Care North America. The facility, built to their specifications, is over 10,000sf and houses over 25 employees. We were able to complete the project in June of 2011 and we turned around and sold it in January of the following year.
