This building will feature modern amenities such as LED lighting and an ESFR sprinkler system, with 24’ ceilings and both docks and drive ins. Office space will be built to suit. This property has qualified for a 10-year 50% property tax abatement which will dramatically lower a tenant’s occupancy costs. This property is available and being marketed by Weston.
