Greylyn Celebrates Weston’s 50th

Tenants and colleagues spent the afternoon eating from food trucks, getting to know their neighbors in the complex, and listening to the words of our founder, Tony Asher. He shared some of the beginnings of Weston and Weston’s philosophy of being a hands-on, engaged owner, and his presence and actions made it evident to our customers. Greylyn Business Park is a 648,000 SF multi-tenant complex in Charlotte, NC, that Weston purchased in 2015.  The park offers variety of mixed use spaces that service retail, office and warehouse applications. Drew Coholan from Cushman and Wakefield is our broker of record but the Weston Team is always poised and ready to assist with any leasing or management questions. Tony Asher wrapped up his speech with the words of Winston Churchill, “Be sincere. Be brief. And be gone”, so we are following those words of advice today as we end this post.
