How Weston Identified a Market Need

In September 2010, Weston began developing the rst phase of a 248-unit upscale apartment complex in Perrysburg, OH. Phase I consists of 140 units on a park-like se ng with a spacious clubhouse that features a salt water pool and sun deck, Wi-Fi cafe, tness center, a clubhouse with a media room, and a replace in every suite. Phase I was completed on-me and on-budget in April 2011. At comple on it was at 70% occupancy. Architectural Design was provided by North Coast Architects and construc on was performed by Merit Enterprises, a division of Associated Estates.
