AVANtech expands their 122,000 SF facility
Project Overview
AVANtech has been designing, engineering, and building innovative and critically important wastewater treatment solutions globally since 1999. To address increased demand for their products, they selected Weston to design and build an expansion of their operations in Columbia, SC. The project will expand their existing 122,000 SF Weston-owned facility at 2050 American Italian Way by 45,000 SF. Weston’s selection as the build-to-suit developer demonstrates AVANtech’s high-degree of satisfaction with Weston as their current landlord as well as their confidence in Weston’s ability to successfully deliver this project on time and under budget with minimal disruption to their ongoing operations. The project is currently on schedule for January 2026 completion.
