Weston has successfully completed the acquisition of the Southpointe Parkway Flex Portfolio situated at 6770 Southpointe Pkwy., Brecksville, OH. This impressive portfolio comprises three buildings totaling 104,311 SF directly across from the Valor Acres development. Currently, it houses 6 tenants that provide a blend of local services and regional distribution operations.
