Weston welcomes new tenant DaVita Kidney Care to their Warrensville Heights family! DaVita, a kidney dialysis clinic, recently held its Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on September 11 at 4670 Richmond Road. In attendance were Mayor Brad Sellers and Congresswoman Juanita Brent, who presented the staff with an official welcome proclamation. Weston COO Rob Namy spoke about how pleased he was to have DaVita as a tenant and of the impressive build-out that resulted in a complete renovation of the space. The new suite is efficient, modern, and clearly very focused on providing the patient both the highest degree of medical care but also providing treatment in as much comfort as possible. The office is located in a highly visible spot nestled in an attractive and upscale office complex facing Richmond Road. Weston owns a national industrial real estate portfolio of approximately 16 million square feet serving over 600 tenants in 8 states.
