Weston Inc., a leader in industrial real estate ownership and development, has acquired the 1.5 million square foot Park Creek Industrial Portfolio in Indianapolis. The Portfolio consists of 9 buildings of highly functional assets located in the Indianapolis industrial market. The majority of the properties are located in the thriving Northwest submarket and situated in Park 100, while the remaining facilities are located in the Hunter Creek Business park.
“The complex of buildings fits right in with our corporate strategy because of its excellent location and dynamic tenant base,” says TJ Asher, President of Acquisitions for Weston. “We look for high image buildings that are modern in nature with higher clear heights, abundant parking, access to labor, and of course, location.”
The Portfolio features buildings ranging from 54,982 – 311,600 SF. 7 of the 9 buildings in the Portfolio are located in Park 100, which benefits from immediate access to I-465 and I-65. The remaining two assets are located in the Hunter Creek Business Park, which offers convenient access to I-70. Both Parks provide logistical advantages to their tenant’s due to the proximity to Indianapolis International Airport and FedEx’s 2nd largest hub in North America.
