WESTON COMPLETES SALE OF EXPANDED BISHOPVILLE INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
Weston closed on the successful sale of its industrial property in Bishopville, SC. The asset includes a 117,865 SF existing building and a 200,000 SF expansion developed by Weston for a total of 317,865 SF. Occupied by EFP, a wholly owned subsidiary of J.B. Poindexter and a leading manufacturer of protective packaging products, the property supported a growing tenant requirement in a strategic South Carolina location with access to regional distribution corridors.
CREATING VALUE
Weston identified the opportunity to create long-term value by expanding the existing industrial facility, strengthening the property’s functionality, and positioning the asset around a responsible and trustworthy tenant relationship. The expanded facility includes modern industrial specifications such as 31′ 8″ clear height, 55′ x 50′ column spacing with a 60′ x 50′ speed bay, 12 dock-high doors, 10 exterior doors and 1 drive-in door.
