Weston has completed the sale of Greylyn Business Park, a 55-acre, mixed-use business park in Charlotte, NC. Acquired in July 2015, the 648,060 SF complex maintained strong occupancy and consistent cash flow throughout our ownership. The park’s 19 buildings include warehouse, flex, retail, and office space, enabling us to serve a diverse tenant base—from small local businesses to large national companies—many of whom remained with us for the duration of our ownership.
We are proud to have supported the growth of many local businesses within the park and to have built strong relationships in the Charlotte market with our tenants and vendors.
