Background: Rosa earned her Bachelor’s degree in History from Hiram College and began her career in real estate development in 2018. While working as a Project Manager, she developed a strong interest in the financial side of commercial real estate and the relationships that drive successful projects from concept to completion. In 2023, she returned to school to pursue a degree in Accounting, which she is currently completing while balancing life with her growing family.
Hobbies/Interests: In her free time, Rosa enjoys reading, organizing, and planning travel for friends and family. Known as the go-to itinerary planner in her circle, she enjoys creating seamless travel experiences. She also loves exploring new hiking trails and spending time outdoors with her family.
Her Role at Weston: Rosa oversees utilities across more than 50 entities within the company’s portfolio, managing annual utility expenditures exceeding $2 million. She provides financial oversight of utility expenses, tenant bill-backs, and cost recovery initiatives.
Rosa is a notary in the State of Ohio.
Rosa lives with her husband, daughter, and two rescued dogs in Solon.
