His Role at Weston: Rob has been a dedicated team member at Weston since 2007 taking on a variety of roles throughout his tenure. His last responsibility as Chief Operating Officer, made him responsible for driving the company to achieve the most efficient and optimal net operating results on the entire Weston portfolio. In 2025, he transitioned into his most recent position as Dealmaker, which had him moving to the Acquisition, Development and Disposition Team. While Weston is a buy and hold company, the decision has been made to do some strategic pruning of assets and redeploy that equity more efficiently. Rob is leading this disposition charge, which includes broker selection, marketing, assembling due diligence, ongoing negotiations and closing. In addition, Rob focuses on identifying and reviewing new development opportunities, overseeing the development process, and ensuring that our projects continue to meet our quality and profitability standards. This move has allowed his proven track record and expertise in this realm to be showcased.
Rob and his wife Julie live in Shaker Heights and have 3 children, 2 dogs, and a shipping container pool.
