Interests & Activities: Rick’s primary interest is attending live music events. Oftentimes you can see Rick, his wife, and daughter at the Beachland, Agora, the Grog Shop or various other live music venues throughout Cleveland. In addition, Rick is a big baseball fan. Although Rick was born and raised a METS fan, he is always rooting for the Guardians. He enjoys the outdoors and loves backpacking. Fun Fact: Rick has summited Mt. Whitney as is a 2x Ironman finisher.
Passions: Rick is the President of the Northern Ohio Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2027. In addition to fostering collaboration with colleagues throughout the industry, a goal is working with college students to grow the next generation of real estate professionals.
His Role at Weston: Rick is a Senior Asset Manager and is responsible for the execution of the asset business plans to maximize value. The portfolio Rick oversees consists of assets in Northeast Ohio.
Rick, his wife Rachel, and their daughter live in Shaker Heights.
