His Role at Weston: As a Portfolio Analyst, Nolan splits his time supporting acquisitions, asset management, and finance teams. His primary responsibilities include underwriting new deals, assisting with new financing, and portfolio-wide reporting.
Interests: In his spare time, Nolan enjoys playing and watching sports, including basketball, football, and golf. He also enjoys traveling, exploring new cities, and seeking out new experiences. One of Nolan’s lifelong goals is to visit as many countries as possible while seeking out adventures ranging from hiking to skydiving.
Nolan recently graduated from The Ohio State University with a major in finance and a minor in real estate.
