Passions: Avid bowler, dog lover, and sports enthusiast. He also enjoys listening to a wide range of music from classical to heavy metal and loves to travel.
What you Might not Know About Him: Allen has been bowling since he was five. He boasts several 300-games as well as a few 800 series. He’s also bowled two 299’s in the same evening.
His Role at Weston: Allen recently celebrated his 40th year with Weston. As Director of Transitions and Due Diligence, he is responsible for the pre-purchase review of Weston’s acquisitions and dispositions, as well as the transitioning of newly acquired or constructed buildings and properties to the Operations and Asset Management teams. He is also an integral part of the team in the large Ford Acquisition which benefits from his 40+ years of experience. His broad range of knowledge and expertise enriches the overall operations of Weston.
Allen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Baldwin Wallace College. He and his wife of 30 years, Stacy, have two sons and live in Avon Lake.
