Case Study | Homage
Homage moves into brand new 207,740 SF facility in Columbus, OH
In August 2024, Homage, a vintage sports apparel brand, secured a 10-year industrial lease for its headquarters located at 885 Stelzer Road in Columbus, OH. This spacious 207,740-square-foot office, built in 2024, is conveniently situated directly across from John Glenn International Airport and has revitalized a previously vacant wooded area.
Founded by Ryan Vesler, Homage has attracted prominent investors, including NFL star Jason Kelce, NBA star Kevin Durant, actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, along with Haslam Sports Group, the ownership group of the Cleveland Browns, Columbus Crew, and part-owners of the Milwaukee Bucks.
Homage is celebrated for its ultra-soft, vintage-inspired designs and has cultivated a loyal fan base since its establishment in 2007. The brand artfully combines nostalgia-driven storytelling with high-quality fabrics and graphics that pay homage to teams, athletes, cities, and key cultural moments. Operating primarily as a direct-to-consumer business through its e-commerce platform, Homage also has a selective presence in physical stores across Ohio and hosts occasional pop-up shops during major sporting events.
Weston Inc. is thrilled to welcome them as our tenant and we wish them continued success.
