Weston secured a long-term lease with Harwood Motors for a 24,351 SF unit at 26101 Miles, Warrensville Heights, OH. Harwood Motors, an online dealer of high-end antique and classic cars, has been established in Macedonia for 15 years.

To prepare, Weston made a large investment in renovating the vacant space, transforming it from an old lab space into a modern warehouse while preserving the front offices. This renovation boosted interest in the property, leading to the lease agreement.

Additionally, Weston provided Harwood with a tenant improvement allowance, which included office upgrades, new flooring, paint, and a photo booth for vehicle displays.
