At the time of purchase, the property was 81% occupied; since then, Weston successfully increased occupancy to 95%. The complex features 127 tenant spaces, representing approximately 53% of the total Charlotte submarket. It encompasses office, warehouse, and retail spaces, and the acquisition was financed through an institutional lender at a total cost of $46 million.
