Weston successfully broadened Florida Tile’s presence within our portfolio by expanding them into an adjacent space. This initiative exemplifies the BLT (Best Landlord in Town) approach of supporting our current tenants to fulfill their evolving requirements alongside the growing Weston portfolio.
Florida Tile Expansion Details
Florida Tile intends to establish their Columbus location as a central hub serving Ohio & Indiana. Additional space was necessary to support their ambitious growth plans. Weston facilitated a 25% increase in square footage to meet these needs. Weston tailored the space to ensure it would effectively accommodate Florida Tile’s expansion. A long-term contract has been signed to solidify this centralized hub location.
