EFP, LLC. (Engineered Foam Packaging), an industry leader in high-volume molding, fabrication and cold chain solutions, selected Weston to facilitate the expansion of their operations in Lee County, SC. The project’s $31.5 million investment will create
57 new jobs in a 200,000-square-foot addition to EFP’s existing Weston-owned facility at 227 Browntown Rd. Weston’s selection as the build-to-suit developer demonstrates EFP’s high-degree of satisfaction with Weston as their current landlord and their confidence in Weston’s ability to successfully deliver this project on time and under budget with minimal disruption to their ongoing operations. The project is currently on schedule for January 2026 completion.
