In February 2025, Weston closed on the disposition of 600 Beta Drive in Mayfield, OH.
This facility presents a compelling case study, as it was previously utilized entirely as office space. After remaining vacant for a decade prior to our ownership, significant capital was invested to
remove the office spaces and initiate a comprehensive transformation. The facility was successfully repositioned as high-end industrial space, boasting excellent visibility from I-271.
It did not take long for Wireless Environments (also known as Ring and Amazon) to lease over half of the facility, followed by Tuff Shed, one of the largest backyard storage shed manufacturers in
the country.
This sale marks the conclusion of a fruitful period of ownership for Weston and our partners. It was another successful transformation embodying our Core Value: Be Creative, Confident,
