Case Study | 4400 Carnegie Ave.
Building acquired through partnership
This 32,815 SF building was acquired in 2012 through a partnership. Cleveland Granite and Marble initially leased part of 4400 Carnegie, and after purchasing and redeveloping the entire building for Mace Security, we successfully relocated them to 4121 Carnegie Ave.
4121 Carnegie Ave. proved to be the ideal new location for Cleveland Granite, and the seller also leased back space. The building was fully occupied and remained so consistently over the years. This sale was strategically advantageous due to the asset’s size, and our partner acquired our 50% membership interest, with the transaction closing in 2024.
