Background: Jennifer graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Middle School Education. She relocated to the Cleveland area last year after living in Mansfield, OH, where her three adult sons still reside.
Hobbies/Interests: Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys off-roading in her Jeep, following sports year-round…especially football, and exploring craft breweries and wineries throughout the Midwest.
Fun fact: Her recently purchased home came with a baseball field, basketball court, putting green, and swimming pool.
Her Role at Weston: As a People Operations Manager, Jennifer supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and HR strategy. Her role focuses on helping employees succeed while ensuring our people practices align with the company’s goals, culture, and values.
