She takes a strategic approach to aligning people initiatives with business objectives, helping to drive growth. Marina is also dedicated to building a positive, supportive work environment while ensuring the team’s day-to-day operations run smoothly.
Marina holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in HR Management and has earned her SHRM-CP certification. She and her husband live in Hudson, Ohio.
