The Standard Apartments, Downtown Cleveland
The conversion of The Standard building from a high rise office building into residential apartments in Downtown Cleveland is now complete! The first renters have moved in last week and are enjoying their new downtown digs. Ed Asher from Weston discusses the project with Bill Wills from WTAM 1100 AM Radio at length. About The Standard: The Standard Building was erected in 1924 to house the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers Cooperative National Bank. It is a testament to its time with an exquisite marble lobby and wonderful art deco flourishes throughout and is now being converted from offices into 281 apartment suites.
