On October 10, Weston broke ground on its new brand new and energy efficient industrial facility located in Willoughby, Ohio at 38585 Jet Center Place. Present at the ceremony were Weston President of Acquisitions/Development TJ Asher, Willoughby Mayor Robert Fialo, and Lake County Commissioners Jerry Cirino, Daniel Troy, and John Hamercheck.

Construction started last month on Lost Nation Industrial Park, a 130,000 square foot facility featuring state of the art construction, which will be available in the spring of 2019. This building will feature modern amenities such as LED lighting and an ESFR sprinkler system, with 24’ ceilings and both docks and drive ins. Office space will be built to suit.

This property has qualified for a 10-year 50% property tax abatement which will dramatically lower a tenant’s occupancy costs. This property is available and being marketed by Weston. Other businesses in the area include Lubrizol, Parker Hannifin, and Progressive Insurance.
