With the success of the 90 current projects and 450 tenants (those numbers are steadily increasing), Weston is ready for diversification. Currently Weston has buildings primarily in Cleveland and Louisville, Kentucky with an industrial focus. As of two years ago the company has invested into the growing South Carolina market, and recent opportunities have taken the company’s holdings outside into Texas and Las Vegas.

 

 

These are growth markets that have been identified by us as expansion areas for the company, says TJ Asher, President of Acquisitions. The purchases made represent the future for us.
