As a component of Weston Acquisitions, our equity arm provides needed funds in order to complete the transactions. Since 2005 we have raised over $25 million in equity from individual investors, private equity funds, and institutional grade lenders. Led by Edward P. Asher, our equity arm provides quarterly and annual operating statements and maintains a close relationship with our partner investors. Frequent contact is of the utmost importance as communication is one of the cornerstones of our relationships with both veteran and new investors. Investment opportunities are structured to grant a minimum preferred return along with a share of the cash flow, as well as sharing in a capital transaction.

With market expertise across the country, we have strong deal analysis skills. We have the proper processes in place to manage and maintain each of our assets according to plan. As we evaluate potential opportunities, our thoughts are focused on increasing economic value through financing, leasing, construction, and management.
