Since 2005 we have raised over $25 million in equity from individual investors, private equity funds, and institutional grade funds. Led by Edward P. Asher, our equity arm provides quarterly and annual operating statements along with maintaining a close relationship with our partner investors. Frequent contact is of the utmost importance as communication has been one of the cornerstones of our relationships with both veteran and new investors. Investment opportunities are structured to grant a minimum preferred return along with a share of the cash flow, as well as sharing in a capital transaction.
