operating statements along with
maintaining a close relationship
with our partner investors. Frequent

as communication has been one of the
cornerstones of our relationships
with both veteran and new investors.
Investment opportunities are
structured to grant a minimum
preferred return along with a share
of the cash flow, as well as sharing
in a capital transaction.
