Weston‘s latest endeavor is to purchase investment real estate in Texas, Nevada, and California. Rob Namy is Regional Vice President and will concentrate on purchasing properties in those areas as well as other strategic locations throughout the country.

Rob has been in the real estate business for the past 16 years. After graduating from Cleveland State University, with a degree in Urban Development, Rob went into the environmental consulting business focusing on completing Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments on commercial and industrial properties, underground storage tank removals and designing remediation programs to eliminate environmental issues on contaminated sites.

In 1996, Rob joined Montlack Realty and was instrumental in identifying properties and initiated negotiations for potential purchases. During that time period, the company achieved a 400% growth through successful purchases of 12 buildings totaling over 700 suites. Rob also represented the company in commercial lease.

In 2001, Rob joined Rysar Properties as Director of Development and became responsible for negotiating contracts for the purchase of land to be developed, and all phases of the planning process.

In addition, Rob has participated in the acquisition lease negotiation, construction and sale of several commercial tenants including Target and The Cleveland Clinic. Rob is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Ohio. He is an active member in his community and sits on several boards including Medwish International that collects, purchases and distributes medical equipment to 3rd world countries all across the world.
