In the last 17 years, Bluegrass Packaging has been in two facilities managed by Weston. Kathy Preston and her staff are so wonderful to work with that I can't imagine leasing from anyone else.

When we ran out of room in our first location, Kathy helped us find our new one. She helped with the contractors as we reconfigured the space including extensive electrical and plumbing improvements. She had my back the entire time.

The transition between the buildings was as seamless as it could possibly be - thanks to Kathy! She continues to tend to our every need.

Knowing Kathy is around provides a lot of comfort to a business owner.

On December 1st 2005, Lason entered into a lease partnership with Weston in Louisville, KY. We had no time for the improvements to the facility we needed – we were down to 47 real work days. We engaged the services of Kathy Preston and her valuable, skilled contracting team to assist us in the coordination of this build out.

December 1st the improvement process plan was approved. January 16th the project must be significantly complete.

Kathy and her architect, general contractor and facilities people pulled this off. This was a major feat for anyone to undertake and Kathy was at center stage throughout the project.

Our sincere thanks to you Kathy & your team for all the historical help and continued support. You make this location a gem.
