Keystone Realty Investments is an affiliate of Weston which was formed to purchase investment real estate and create partnerships and syndications. Since its inception in 2004, Keystone has purchased over $50,000,000 worth of real estate. Kevin Callahan is currently Managing Partner of Keystone Realty.

Mr. Callahan has been a commercial real estate broker for over 24 years. Mr. Callahan was Vice President for Ostendorf Morris/Colliers Company for 12 years and a Regional Director for Jones Lang LaSalle Cleveland office for over 10 years. Mr. Callahan was one of the top brokers in the Northeast Ohio Region and was nominated for Broker of the Year in 1992, 1996, 1998 and 2002. Mr. Callahan has been involved in the packaging and sale of over $100 million dollars of investment properties from sale/leaseback of industrial properties to office, retail and apartments.

Mr. Callahan is a broker with the State of Ohio Real Estate Board, a member of the National Area Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), a member of CABOR and a member of SIOR nationally. Mr. Callahan is a member of the Churchill Society, past President and member of the Civil War Round Table and is a 30 year member of The Cleveland Big Brother program. Mr. Callahan is also on the Board of Directors of Gilmour Acade.
